Mr. Colaianne is an Operating Principal of IOP.
Mr. Colaianne has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of finance and management leadership at a variety of large and middle-market manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Colaianne, together with Mr. Paisley, led the turnaround and eventual sale of Davis Industries, a $140 million in sales manufacturer of automotive stampings and assemblies. The turnaround culminated in a very successful sale of the company to Tesma International, a division of Magna International. Previously, Mr. Colaianne served as CFO of Cambridge Industries, a multi-plant automotive and commercial vehicle component supplier with $500 million in sales. After beginning his career at Touche Ross & Co., Mr. Colaianne obtained years of training and experience as corporate controller at middle-market manufacturing companies including Ferro Manufacturing, American Technologies and Freedom Forge Corporation and later as vice president of finance and controller of Butler Metals Company (which became part of Oxford Group).
